I think one of the jokes here is that most every actor plays this completely straight. Pastor Doug Jones (Greg Cohan) cuts himself with a mystical dinosaur relic (raptor claw?) and acquires the ability to transform into a velociraptor. Teaming up with pre-med/pre-law/prostitute Carol (Alyssa Kempinski) they take on a ninja clan to stop a rather peculiar plot from unfolding that “threatens” all of humanity. This is the first movie I can say needed more martial arts from a dinosaur in it.
This is one of those movies you wouldn’t want to pay to watch necessarily, but if you can stream it for free, there are some legitimately funny scenes here and there.
