Starts out with the feel of a Robocop parody, and I guess the intent was to stick with that vibe throughout, but sometimes it veers into horror sci-fi and stays there for long periods of time. Officer Mary (Heather Hall) enters an anger management program and is given an experimental drug for managing PMS symptoms. A traumatic experience during a robbery jolts her into becoming a violent killing machine, and a different actress (Cindy Means)! The pharmaceutical company behind the drug is monitoring PMS Cop’s activities via advanced tracking technology (neck implant), and finding they can control her actions, they change course faster than Emperor Palpatine in SW:TROS and embrace that old sci-fi chestnut of contacting the military to sell the drug as a super-soldier formula.
If you think you know what happens from there, you are probably exactly right.
