Escaped robber/killer Joe Brezzi (Joe Dallesandro, but dubbed over by Italian voice actor) returns to a country cabin to retrieve a bag of stolen money. Unfortunately for everyone, three guests also arrive: jerky Sergio (Gianni Macchia), his wife Liliana (Patrizia Behn), and her free-spirited (and sociopath) sister Paola (Lorraine De Selle).
What made me scratch my head the most (other than fleas) is Brezzi wasting time getting the money and getting out — he gets involved in this dysfunctional trio’s personal drama for no good reason.
I like Joe Dallesandro a lot, that’s why I am upping this by one paw. Even though you don’t get his New York accent, his eye acting warns the audience no one is safe from his rugged masculinity. The John Travolta poster is a bonus!
