Oh it’s real, it’s damn real. Although the IMDB record is a little on the sparse side.
Everyman Leo DeChamp wins the lottery, but flaunting his wealth at a local bar puts him square in the sights of sadistic gang the Gash Nasties. Leo is captured, tortured, and raped. Once he regroups spiritually and physically, DeChamp sets out to take violent revenge on his tormentors.
You don’t have to love titty mags, chaw, and Toblerone to appreciate this movie, but it probably helps. Writer/director Chris Seaver infuses this revenge drama with his usual heavy dose of wacky dialogue and memorable characters. You may be begging for a prequel, or perhaps just a Criterion release.
