Supposedly based on actual events and collected data, this movie boils down to a few people trying to preserve evidence of an alien encounter, while a secret group called the Silencers work towards finding and destroying said evidence to keep the public from going bananas.
Too much grabbing guys and punching them in the gut to spill the beans and not enough actual science fiction. Looks cheap and produced back in 1968 rather than in 1978.
