The dying leader of a Middle Eastern country is secretly brought to America for a cutting-edge operation to transplant his brain into a healthy body. Fresh human blood is required to keep the extracted brain juicy and ripe while awaiting a new body — blood “donated” by chained-up girls in the surgeon’s basement.
This movie really seems like it is going the way of most sixties cheap, schlocky horror movies, but does zig-zag a bit right at the end (albeit unrealistically). Not enough to salvage it, though. Maybe the sequel will be better?
