College researcher Joanna (Joy Bang) takes her boyfriend Stan (Roger Garrett) with her to a remote area of the Philipines to obtain a sample a rare snake venom. They run into the mysterious Lena (Marlene Clark), who seduces Stan and pulls him into a terrifying subterfuge of sex and murder.
Joanna finds out the secret of Lena, but will she be too late to save her beloved Stan?
