Michael (Paul Walker) gets killed and his brain placed inside a mechanical dinosaur. His girlfriend Tammy (Denise Richards) attempts to get his brain put into a human body, while they both evade the clutches of the dinosaur’s inventor Dr. Wachenstein (Terry Kiser).
I can’t tell if a crazy person wrote this screenplay, or this plot was based on a kid’s Mad Lib. I saw the gory Vinegar Syndrome edit. People get decapitated and disemboweled! You would think I would enjoy that, but it seems tonally out of place with the rest of the movie. Even Wachenstein’s assistant Helga (Ellen Dubin) couldn’t save it for me.
